Look, there are people with way more of a passion for the show Succession than I do, and they can probably sum up why the show is such a hit much more easily than I can. I definitely enjoyed Succession so far, it's well-acted, well-written, and boasts a great blend of dramatic swings and hilarious black comedy. However, I also think it's a bit repetitive and rarely changed the status quo as much as it would initially seem, meaning I generally wasn't quite as wowed by it as a lot of people. Still, that's no reason for anyone not to try it out for themselves, you may end up finding your new favorite TV show where I didn't. Here's my ranking of its episodes:
